It's exciting to announce that the ACA Africa T20 Finals will be hosted in Benoni South Africa, with all the participating teams Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Malawi, Botswana, Mozambique and Cameroon arriving on 16 September 2022 with the first matches to be played on the 18th. We look forward to this tournament as this can be seen as another milestone reached. This tournament is sanctioned by the ICC. The ACA Africa T20 Cup was revived again after more than a decade! With the regional qualifying rounds which preceded the finals since 2018 the ACA Africa T20 Finals are ready and all participants are looking forward to play in this competition of such a magnitude.

It is a great privilege to be part of this important tournament and much appreciation goes towards the local tournament host, Eastern Cricket Union and the LOC of the ACA as well as everyone who had put in many hours of hard work behind the scene and to help turning this event into a vibrant excellent tournament for Africa and ACA members.

With a well experienced team of umpires, scorers and Mr. Dev Govendjee leading them as Match Referee the Tournament Rules and Regulations are certain to be maintained on a high standard.
